Richard Webb – Chief Executive Officer and Director

A co-founder of ASOC8, Richard founded Red Ocean in early 2006 which in turn founded, incubated, and/or funded a number of interactive media companies including BlueFreeway (www.bluefreeway.com), MeshBay (www.meshbay.com), Effective Measure (www.effectivemeasure.com), and The Inspiration Room (www.theinspirationroom.com).

Richard founded BlueFreeway in 2006, became its first CEO, and listed the company on the Australian Stock Exchange in December 2006. BlueFreeway has now one of the world’s largest independent, global digital and interactive marketing communications companies made up of 25 companies and 540 staff servicing 1,500 publishers and advertisers in all continents through sales offices in 25 cities and 20 countries. Under his leadership, BlueFreeway launched blu. — a patented world first marketing portal designed specifically for marketing professionals to collaborate, network, and execute interactive communication initiatives.

Prior to establishing Red Ocean, Richard successfully developed a number of global publicly listed and private companies. In 2005 and 2006, as CEO of Citect (ASX: CTL), he restructured and re-aligned the global Australian publicly listed industrial automation software company, to launch a number of patented new products, expand its geographic presence to 80 countries, achieve record revenue and profits, and deliver a three-fold increase in its share price prior to its successful trade sale to the French publicly listed industrial conglomerate, Schneider Electric. Before becoming CEO of Citect, Richard was the President of Asia Pacific and Latin America of Nielsen post the successful trade sale of Red Sheriff to Nielsen in 2004.

Prior to joining Nielsen//NetRatings, Richard was the CEO for the public unlisted Australian company, Red Sheriff, for five years. Under Richard's leadership, Red Sheriff grew its revenue thirty-fold, raised product development and expansion capital in New York and London, expanded its global presence from a start-up in Australia to become the world's largest web analytics and market intelligence provider servicing over 1,200 clients in 52 countries, and developed and launched a suite of patented software and technology application services.

Previously, he served as the Managing Director – Australasia for Sensient Technologies Corporation (NYSE: SXT) and CEO – Asia Pacific for Cott Corporation (NYSE: COT). He has also held various senior management roles in Europe, Asia, South America, North America, and the Middle East with Lion Nathan (ASX: LNN), PepsiCo (NYSE: PEP), and Anheuser Busch (NYSE: BUD).

Richard holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering/Engineering Management from the Missouri University of Science and Technology and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Syracuse University in New York. He is a licensed professional engineer in New York and Florida and maintains dual US/Australian citizenship.

During his spare time he enjoys his four children, match race sailing, snowboarding, enduro motorcycling, water skiing, tennis, golf, and owns and operates a vineyard in the Hunter Valley, north of Sydney.

William Kane – Chief Operating Officer and Director

A co-founder of ASOC8, Bill is responsible for day-to-day operations and finance and accounting.

Bill is a seasoned business executive who has successfully managed large strategic business units within major enterprises and led entrepreneurial companies through rapid, hyper growth and turbulent market conditions. Using his banking and financial experience coupled with his MBA in marketing, Bill has developed several strategic plans and either led the launch of the new business or consulted and coached managements as they brought the new business to life.

Bill co-founded Arkose Consulting which offers a range of marketing, strategy and technology consulting services in September 2001 and prior to that was Group Executive at marchFIRST's Technology, Management Consulting and Brand Building East Group (staff of 1,100 and annualized revenue of $200+ Million). Clients served include: Audi of America, Sony, NTT DoCoMo, Sprint PCS, Ziff-Davis, JPMorgan and Fidelity. In 1992 Bill invested in and became the CEO and Chairman of Reach Networks Inc. which provided online and Web services to business clients to include: Coopers & Lybrand, KPMG Peat Marwick, Time Warner, Barnes & Noble and Bertelsmann. In 1997 he and his partners merged Reach into USWeb Corporation which subsequently merged with marchFIRST. USWeb’s offerings encompassed interactive technologies and marketing, brand building and advertising agency services which Bill general managed in the New York Metro area and New England.

Bill started his business career after earning his BBA at the University of Notre Dame and his MBA at New York University. He joined the corporate banking division of the Chemical Bank (now JPMorgan Chase) where he focused on corporate finance activities. After leaving Chemical, Bill worked for a variety of international transportation companies in general and financial management. Returning to Wall Street, he joined the investment bank Warburg, Paribas Becker where he managed global equity sales, trading, research, correspondent clearing and commodities activities (1,000 professionals and annualized revenues of $150 Million). The lure of entrepreneurial freedom attracted Bill with partners to create a brokerage business, several hedge funds and fund venture capital situations, one of which was Reach Networks.

Leo Scullin – Chief Client Officer and Director

A co-founder of ASOC8, Leo is responsible for client development and product deployment.

Leo has extensive experience in media and advertising, from traditional to interactive, established to start-ups. Leo has managed the strategic offerings of growing agency and consulting businesses. He has also started or been part of the launch team of new and old media, and continues to work very closely with next generation media and advertising companies as they seek out new opportunities in North America.

Most recently, Leo has been part of Arkose Consulting LLC, consulting with multi-national firms regarding access to the US interactive media market. Prior to this, Leo led the Industry Services team at the IAB in NYC, the trade group that represents the sellers of the $21 Billion interactive advertising industry and whose members include Google, Yahoo!, Microsoft, AOL, IAC and Weather.com.

Leo first joined Arkose in May 2002, when the focus was on product development, specifically in the area of personalized local search. Prior to that, Leo was a Partner at marchFIRST/via USWeb in NYC. Leo led the Client Services team and oversaw e-business transformations of Audi of America and Neuberger Berman, as well as managing engagements with Harley-Davidson and others.

Before USWeb he was the VP, Interactive Marketing at AOL where he was liaison to the ad agency community and authored AOL’s first advertising business plan. From 1991 to 1997, Leo was head of the media consulting firm, Scullin & Company. After spending 17 years in the Media department at Young & Rubicam in NYC, he co-founded and was Publisher and Music Editor of Men's Life magazine, a publication of (Rupert) Murdoch Magazines.

While at Y&R, Leo was the SVP, Director of Print Media and the Director of New Electronic Media, and served as Chairman of the AAAA Magazine Committee. Leo also served as a member of the Board of Directors for Solbright Inc. from 1997-2001. He is a graduate of Villanova University.
